Responsibilities of Post :-
1- Inspections, quality control, and Regular Audit of critical stations.
2- Inspection of glue path verification , Installation of glue in machine , 3- Thermal gel station glue path Check and weight check , polly cutter machine polly installation etc
KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THESE BASIC OF MACHINES
1- DC Servo Motor,Servo Drive, PLC Error Troubleshooting,Sensor Troubleshooting and basic knowledge of electricals , Must aware about Motion Card or Motion.
2- Daily basis Production line support.
3- Machine debugging and Troubleshooting.
4- Machine check sheet and inspection work.
5- Workshop machine maintenance and repairing of machine.
6- New improvement ideas and their implementations.
7- Daily Machine breakdown report.
Salary-25,000 to 35,000 CTC
